NARS/Christopher Kane Collection

Nars Christopher Kane Collection sees cult beauty meet British fashion.

As NARS were the brand to back the Christopher Kane shows over the past 6 seasons so the collaboration has been highly anticipated by NARS fanatics worldwide.

The 10 piece collection offers bright summery hues for your eyes, cheeks and lips. This collection named Neoneutral combines neon and nude in opposite shades.

This collection is exclusive to Selfridges until it hits the NARS website on May 15th, and then nationwide from the 1st of June. I'm really pleased to see that unlike some other high end make up brands NARS haven't overpriced these items,I have this gorgeous Starscape blusher on my wish list and its the same price as my staple blusher at just £23.
 The other items are:
Lipgloss in 4 different shades priced at £19 each
Eyeshadow £18
Duo Eyeshadow £25
Highlighting Stick £29

All in the signature black packaging with the NARS logo in a bright pink shade, and of course it has Christoper Kane's logo featured on it too.

Make Up Revolution/Salvation Velvet Lip Laquer

Make Up Revolution have over 300 products in the range, you'll have seen the brow kit I reviewed the other day, and the next product I've been putting through its paces is the Salvation Velvet Lip Lacquer* in the shade 'Keep Crying For You' which is a beautiful bold and bright fuchsia shade, and it doesn't budge.

I reviewed a very similar product for a higher end beauty brand a few months ago and this is a perfect dupe.

The wand makes application easy, especially as this colour is so bright you'd notice any mistakes so take your time as once it's dry it has some serious staying power. It applies as a liquid and dries to a matte finish, you could top with gloss for a glossy finish but I think that defeats the whole point of a matte product.

You can drink, eat, kiss, in fact you can do pretty much anything with this lip lacquer on, it doesn't leave lips too dry after removal either which I quite often find is the problem with these matte long lasting products.

These retail at just £3 each! Total bargain and for once it means that you can have all the colours rather than just picking one, thank you Make Up Revolution! My only niggle would be that I'm not overly keen on the packaging design, but who cares in this case the lip colours are gorgeous, and at under £5 it's so affordable.

Shop all 7 shades right here and check out the rest of the range while your at it!
I'll be featuring a couple more products so keep an eye out for more exciting goodies.

River Island/Floral Blazer

My Instagram followers have been swooning over my recent uploads this past couple of weeks, I've been spying a lot of pastel, spring esque fashions.
Topshop is full of pretty pastels, there are loads of cute prints around to, not to mention the brights on offer in River Island.

I've been eyeing up a blazer in River Island since it arrived in store last week, I saw it and it was literally love at first sight.
It is very Mary Berry (GBBO) but florals and prints are going to be huge this year so it's worth investing in a few key pieces.
I love how the bright neon colours are beautifully contrasted on the light grey background, the blazer is textured to and it really will be so versatile with so many things.
Priced at £50 and in stores and on the RI Website right now, if your looking for a blazer to take you through spring and summer then this is a great one to invest in.
The print reminds me a lot of my beloved Ted Baker handbag with the oil painting print on it.

I have picked up a few other lovely pieces lately, and I'm off on a shopping spree next weekend so I'll put together a haul post for you all then.

That Dress

Those of you who follow me on Facebook and Instagram will know that I recently returned from my holiday in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh to be exact.

What a beautiful place, and the people there are simply wonderful.

A lot of you have been emailing me about the outfits I wore on holiday, three of them in particular, so I thought I'd combine them into one post for you.
So many of you have asked me 'where did you get that dress' eBay, and it was a steal at just £13.99 it's perfect for short girls like me, at 5ft 2 I can wear flip flops with it and it doesn't drag on the floor! It's a lovely figure hugging material, but it doesn't make you too hot which was perfect in 40 degree heat! This dress really oozes holiday glam and I had so many compliments when I wore it on holiday.
Get your own right HERE
I featured this playsuit a little while ago, it's from Lipsy and was £40, seen on lots of the TOWIE girls, and Una from the Saturday's. The bright colours and cool material make it perfect for holiday night's out. I teamed mine up with a pair of wedges, brown or nude would go perfectly with this one. Very online is the only place that still have these in stock.
These shorts always get a lot of attention, the girly crochet material actually makes them look like a skirt from the front,
also known as the garment that's sent the blog world into a frenzy this summer... the skort (skirt/shorts) the elasticated waist makes them super comfy to wear too :)
I picked these up from Forever 21 on Oxford Street for £15, you cant buy them anymore, so I have found some alternative's for you...
these  & these
I teamed mine up with a plain vest top, and wedges. Although if I am going on a night out I add heels and a statement necklace.
I hope this helps those of you who want to invest in my holiday outfits, I love getting dressed up in the evenings, not that I need an excuse.....
