MAC/Elegant Accent Mineralise Rich Lipstick

I'm a sucker for MAC and this is my most recent purchase, a beautiful deep pinky rose hue. It's a blue under toned pink so will suit most skin types, and I would have to say I think the Mineralize lippies by MAC are the ones that stay put for longest on me, with a wear time of a good couple of hours. And they feel really nice on the lips too.

The Mineralize range of lipsticks are different to the regular MAC's because of the 77 Mineral Moist formula, which is non drying, and the larger design bullet allows for perfect application straight from the stick. The magnetic lids also mean the top won't come off in your handbag!

I had never purchased one of these until last year when I bought the gorgeous 'Lady At Play' and it's been a while since adding another, plus I'm visiting the MAC Brighton boutique again soon so I might have to treat myself, I mean my Muji to some more yummy shades!

These retail at £20 each and are available on MAC.com right now!

Ted Baker Marr Bag & Tyro Purse

Being a true girly girl, I LOVE bags and cute purses, I mean which girl doesn't right?!
Anyway for those of you who have followed me for a while will know I have a love for Ted Baker bags, and I have always wished to own one.
I don't know exactly what it is that draws me to them, but the bold colours, sophisticated designs and the bulldog print definitely all appeal to my inner girlie.

Today's shopping trip was very productive, because I bagged myself some brand new arm candy,
Ted Baker of course, and the current in store promo at House Of Fraser meant I got it cheap too!

Take a look at my new goodies.....

My bag is the beautiful 'Marr' this bright pink handheld beauty is so barbie-esque and I love it! This was brand new for S/S 13 and I've been eyeing it up ever since, if pink isn't your colour then don't fret they do make it in other colours, it retails at £129 but I picked mine up for £80, barg!
Such a steal and it certainly brightens up these dull and dreary days we are having.

The details on this bag are really subtle, yet they make a statement, there is a detachable clutch and loads of compartments inside, a good bag has to have compartments for everything! This one has zip up pockets, a mobile pouch, and it's really roomy too.

I had to get a purse to go with my bag (it's a girl thing) and I was really pleased to pick up this little beauty this is the 'Tyro' purse by TB and it comes in a spectrum of beautiful hues too.

The purse also has statement features, how cute are the crystal clasps on the coin section.... they have TB gently etched inside, setting the purse off beautifully. The girly scroll Ted Baker logo on the front is really pretty, yet so simple, and the lining...typical TB print, featuring the sweetest little bull dogs.
All the Ted Baker purses have this quote printed on the note section.....
"The more you give, the more you get"

The Tyro purse retails at £65, but i got it for just £45.50, again a total barg, to say I am happy is a total understatement!

Check out the Marr Bag & Tyro Purse on the Ted Baker Website right now, they have a lot of nice things in the sale right now, so there's no better time to grab your own arm candy.

Do you have a Ted Baker handbag or purse?

Dior Rosy Glow Blush

The daffodils are in bloom, and the days are getting longer, Spring is all but here.
For me this is one of the best times of the year to change up your make up products and lets face it, we all love an excuse to buy new products right?!

This blush was actually launched as last years spring edition blusher, and was meant to be a limited edition, so I would recommend if you try it and love it you need to stock up.

Dior's Rosy Glow Blush, it's a barbie-esque hue of super sweet pinky goodness, embossed with the word 'Dior' and it adapts to the skins temperature giving you a faux but perfectly natural looking glow.
Shade 001 Rosy Glow Blush

The packaging is typical Dior, luxurious and feels very expensive, and it includes a perfectly sized chubby brush and a mirrored lid to allow for perfect application.

At Dior counters nationwide, pop in and get them to try it on you so you can see how it looks on your skin, I think this would be perfect for the girlies out there who like the more natural look, or those of you who are just branching out into make up.

I only apply 2 brush strokes of this to my cheeks, don't plaster it on because it take a few minutes to settle and for the glow to take effect.

In Dior's own words:
"Diorskin Rosy Glow reacts with the moisture in each skin type, giving a delicious and subtle blush to the cheeks. When applied, the initially fresh, light colour develops into a rosy blush to suit each individual complexion, for an ultra-natural, tailor-made healthy glow that lasts all day"

I know this stuff is still available in Boots & Debenhams and retails at around £30, but like I said it's a limited edition, so grab it while you can!

Here's to the dewy skin days of spring!
