My Make Up Bag Essentials Week 1

Garnier BB Cream

This little tube is fabulous, and really does work! I must admit i do wear my BE foundation over the top to give a more smooth finish, but in the summer this would be perfect just to wear on its own. It really gives a dewy glow to the skin and is a great primer for underneath your make up.

This picture shows the BB Cream straight out of the tube, and on the left I've rubbed it into my skin so you can see the lovely dewy glow it provides, this is the medium shade.

This little gem retails at just £9.99 in Boots, although at the moment they have any 2 Garnier Skin Products on offer for £15. It's avaliable to buy in 2 shades: Light & Medium.

If you have very oily skin i wouldn't say this BB cream is for you, as the glow it gives you wont work well with an oily complexion.

It makes your skin feel hydrated for up to 24hrs, and has UV protection SPF15 to help protect and care for your skin. It also promises to deliver a luminous complexion, whilst blurring fine lines and imperfections.

BB creams originated from the Beauty Balm craze in Asia, the idea behind the beauty balm is to combine skincare and make up all in one.
